Clients can choose the caregiver’s gender and qualifications. We assess each client’s condition and match them with the most suitable caregiver from our qualified team.

Yes. We provide both live-in and live-out care suited to your preference.
06. How quickly can services be started?
Our services begin as soon as family members agree to work with TLHHC.

Services are tailored to client’s and family needs.
09. Is there a long-term commitment required?
No. However, clients will have to give a month’s notice before terminating their contract with the agency.
10. How do you ensure quality and monitor caregiver performance?
We conduct daily check-ins with caregivers through messaging and phone calls to monitor their performance and address any immediate concerns. Additionally, periodic welfare checks are carried out to ensure caregivers maintain the highest standards of professionalism and provide consistent and compassionate support to our clients. We also train caregivers intermittently. Management also ensures caregivers send daily reports of the client’s health.

Yes, we offer companion care, emotional support and assistance with activities of daily living amongst others. Our carers help reduce feelings of loneliness and promote mental well-being, ensuring clients enjoy a more fulfilling and connected lifestyle.

Our caregivers are thoroughly trained to adapt to the unique needs of each client. However, in the unlikely event that a caregiver does not meet expectations, a replacement will be promptly provided to ensure uninterrupted and high-quality care.

All client information is handled with the utmost confidentiality and is strictly shared only with family members directly involved in the client’s care.
